I'm hiring illustrators to make simple cartoons (usually just black and white) to spruce up some corporate training videos. Sometimes they are simple portraits, sometimes they're scenes. I prefer to get vector based or Illustrator files so that I can give them a little motion in the video to make it more dynamic if need be. Attached are examples of the different styles I've used in the past.

Hello, Thank you for reviewing our offer. We have reviewed the desired style and would like to confirm that our artists can create illustrations in similar style for your Coporate Training Videos. Our offer is $25 per color illustration and $20 per black and white illustration. Freelance illustrator. We will start off with finalizing what you want after which I will start with the sketches which will be sent to you for approval before I begin illustrating. During the illustration process you will be updated in the form of screenshots so that you can see how its coming along. You will get the vector files- not a problem on that.Guaranteed.
