Character 2D design and animate I need someone who can design character in 2D. Character will be cartoon like. After you design character in 2D, we need to animate it. I will provide examples how it should be. So, I will provide all examples. You can use following techniques: a) you can draw in some program like After Effects, Illustrator or any else b) you can make HAND-DRAWING, this is also acceptable. So if hand-drawing is easier for you, you can make it this way, whatever is easier for you.
