Alter some Images

I have a PNG stencil of a robot (500x500px), and I would like you to:
- replace its heads with another head I have as SVG, and change the symbol on it's chest from a plus to a dollar sign (also provided as SVG)
- I would like a single vector image of the new robot as a result
- the eyes/mouth/dollar/holes should be transparent in the result
To give you an idea of what you can expect, these are the images you will be working with:

The right most robot is exactly what I want you to make, but as a vector image and in one piece. I just used paint to create a quick mockup for this example. So I want you to throw everything together into a single vector image, preferably as a illustrator document. Since the base robot image is a PNG some vectorization/tracing might be required. The other parts will be provided as vector images.
