CFC/recreate eps/layers from existing logo

My client likes the this logo but can not find master .eps layer files so I can not finish their website. I need someone to recreate the entire logo & visual effects and send me a new .eps (containing new separated layers) so I can move elements around to fit various uses. (i.e.. printing, web, etc...) I need this in the next couple hours. Sorry - I only have $30 to spend. So first one to send me proof they can get this done quickly and within my budget gets the gig. thanks.
