Design a book ( the inside content - we provide the text - we want a final PDF)

I would like to create a book to publish. i have the text ready (The content) but it is in various places. Some of the content is online on my website [login to view URL] ; some of the content is on word documents.
I would like someone to collate the content all together into one book. I will give you the table of content and the order in which the content needs to go. I was hoping for someone to use adobe indesign for this but I don't mind if another software is used as long as the result looks good. It needs a table of content in the front that is clickable so people can use the book as a PDF to read (clickable), but this will also be printed as a hardcopy.
Actually there are 2 books to make.
Need to make sure all the titles respect the same font, margins are equal, etc. You deliver a ready to print PDF file and the original file in whatever software you use to do the job.
I need the work done within a week maximum.
