Bulk email and database

We are looking for email marketers that has huge email address database of small and medium businesses in USA. All emails addresses must be opt-in list of email addresses. You will create our email campaign that will attract businesses to register with our website and to generate leads. Create email marketing strategies and campaigns to reach out to new users, Compose email-friendly designs following best practices for customer acquisition. You should be able to send a large number of emails everyday. We would like to have 5,000 emails sent per day (minimum) The email campaign will be targeted to small businesses and organisations that can use our website design software. We will need to change email body for a total of 3 times for the campaign. You can breakdown your list into different campaigns. *LEADS MUST BE QUALITY, 100% USA TRAFFIC AND REAL. NOT BOGUS.* All leads will be verified via phone to make sure the quality. So when we call them they will be screened and checked if they really are interested in the offer. We need access to the portal that you are using to send emails to and track the progression of emails related to number of emails opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed. We need to see the response to the email marketing. THIS IS A MUST. If you cannot show the portal then do not bid on this project. NEED THE EMAIL TO GET INTO INBOX OF RECIPIENTS. This is verified by seeding our own emails in each day list. Details will be discussed in PM. We need to start ASAP.
