Advertising; Business and Launch of new product

We are a brand new business.( Spektrum Lights [login to view URL]) I am about to launch my first product on the 10th of March 2012. My company builds and sells high end flashlights. Our lights are top quality at a cheaper price than for say Sure Fire's lights. Our goal is to become larger than Sure fire or Pelican Lights. We are located in the US, but open to world wide business. We are also donating a % of each sale to the Wounded Warriors in Action Foundation. ([login to view URL]) What we are looking for: Advertising (of our first light and of our business) Facebook: Completing our page, fans and subscribers (our facebook page is very primitive)( at least 10k subscribers/ all REAL people. Possible targeting towards veterans and active military, US only)(Will refuse payment if facebook page is banned or anything of the sort) Website traffic, tweaking of our website, making it google friendly. (Website is built and hosted already, but needs to be optimized) Why work for me? Good: I am easy to please with good work. I pay as promised. I give bonuses for great work. I have many new products that are upcoming and will need the same type of work. Bad: I am picky and have a keen eye to attention to detail. I expect daily updates and progressive work. I will not stand for slow or unresponsive people. Overall, I am easy to work for, just expect good work in a timely fashion. I will pay in 20% increments, for a total of 5 payments. I want this project wrapped up within 20 days. IF you request a milestone, make it for 20% of your entire bid, or I will take it that you cannot follow directions from the very start. Happy bidding!
