Assistance Needed with Posting Ads to Craigslist

I am in need of help from a designer or a programmer to help me place my ads on Craigslist, so that the ads can go live on the appropriate section and be well designed and eye catching enough to help boost leads from interested clients for my business. This will be an ongoing project for the right person. I am having issues with Craigslist ghosting my ads so I am looking to outsource this work if possible.
