CPA 500 Dating Leads

We are looking for a provider to generate 500 CPA leads for dating offers. We need someone experienced to provide us 500 free to register sign ups in around 30 days. If I will be pleased with your work, we can end up with long term cooperation. After this project I will want over 1500 leads each month. I need highest quality traffic only and I won't accept any cheating methods, as I will not be paid also. Requirements for every sign up: * unique IP and computers (even screen resolution and color depth must be different, full tracking of leads) * United States people only * No incentivized sign ups * No Black Hat, no CL Spamming, no proxies, no bad quality signups, no other methods qualified as spamming. We will pay you out via PayPal. VERY IMPORTANT - you will be paid as we receive money from our advertiser, which is net7, bimonthly. You will receive your money same day as we do. I know requirements are high, so I will pay very well. Here are two options: - if you can provide me people over 30 years old (only these will be counted as lead!) I can pay you 3,5$ per lead - if you cannot guarantee me registers with over 30 age restriction it will be down to 2,5$ per lead.
