CPA Leads Needed For Dating Offer (free sign-up)

We are looking for a provider to generate CPA leads for our clients dating offer. We need someone reliable to provide us with 300 free-to-register sign-ups to begin with. If we are pleased with your service, this will become a long term project that will require continuous sign-ups each and every month. At that point we would be looking for you and your team to provide up to, and over, 1000 quality sign-ups per month, every month. * Meantime though, you are bidding for 300 leads only.* Simple, Free sign-up with short form. We need quality traffic only and will not tolerate cheating. Requirements for Sign Ups: * Unique IP's and unique computers (full tracking is used) * United States residents only - also targeting people 30+ yrs. * No incentivized traffic. * No duplicates, No fraudulent signups, No Black Hat, NO CL Spamming, rotating IP sign ups, bad quality sign ups, illegal or automated methods or spamming activities. Any attempt at this will be futile as it will be found out by us AND our client. Thus We will not be paid and neither will you. We are a reputable professional company and we expect you to be the same. So obviously All sign-ups *MUST BE REAL PEOPLE*. 1) Before being selected, you must agree to provide 30 test sign-ups in 24hrs to prove you can deliver. (30 test sign-ups for which you will be paid $0.50 for each qualified lead) The quality will then be checked by our clients. 2) Very Important - Payment will be made based on net 30 (you will be paid 30 days after you've done the job) although this could be sooner - it depends on how soon we get the money from our client. You will be paid the very same day that we are. 3) Payments will be by paypal only. More details will be provided upon request. You MUST tell us how you plan on generating the sign-ups. We don't expect you to go into the finer details - we are not interested in stealing your methods (we probably already know them) but we do need to know roughly what you will be doing. To say that you have a "secret method" will not be good enough, as we need to report to our client. As stated, we are a reputable company and we work hard to build a trust between us and our clients. If we lose that trust, we lose clients and the revenue they generate. That is unacceptable. We will not be asking for you to tell us every single detail, but we must have a good general idea of what you are doing to get the leads. We hope you understand this. If you perform well on this 300 lead test, then we would ask you and your team to provide 1000+ quality sign-ups per month. It is also very likely that we will have other jobs of a similar nature for you to do for us if you can.
