Craigslist expert - authorized marketing to posters

We purchase certain things from craigslist. There are so many people selling the things that we buy that we need help contacting them. Bulk extraction of the cloaked CL emails is easy, but contacting them on a 1 on 1 basis is not, depending on # of email addresses, IP address, frequency, etc, we need someone that can facilitate a cost effective manual process that ensures we can contact these sellers in volume but actually get int heir inbox. When we contact people selling stuff we want directly and manually, we have a tremendous success rate, but when we and many freelancers have tried to scale it up, it's always failed. This bid is for a test of a Craigslist expert. I am looking for someone that can prove they can reach the inbox of Craigslist sellers that have listings that I want. If you can pass the test, there is unlimited work. As an example, we purchase items that people are selling on craigslist, and we buy in volume. I will show you the categories of the sellers, and then we need to contact all of them, city by city, and I will supply you with the email title, email content, etc, all you have to do is extract the leads and get in their inbox. - I have all the extraction tools and bulk mail tools, but obviously for this job it takes manual emailing, many email addresses, many IP's and much much more.
