The purpose of this project is to create a database in Microsoft Excel that consists of Law Firms that are located in DuPage County, Illinois, USA. The database will be used for the purpose of marketing IT support and office technology to the firms located in DuPage county, Illinois. I want only FIRMS, not individual lawyers / attorneys. The firms may have a "main" office located outside DuPage county, so, even if the office located in DuPage county is a "branch" or "satellite office", I want it in the database.
Marketing to these firms will be in the form of email, US mail, phone calls and on-site visits. **Accuracy is extremely important. I can go to the local library and download lists for free but the fail rate for emails and US postal addresses from these free sources are very high. For the purpose of this project, I will accept an address and email failure / return rate of 5% or less due to movement / relocation of people and business closures.
Attached is an Excel spreadsheet indicating the minimum (11) eleven fields of information I want included in this database. If, in your opinion, additional fields of information are readily available and may be useful in my marketing efforts, it is alright to add them and the extra value will be considered as we choose a winning bidder.
Database completion / due date is to be March 4, 2011.
Depending on the marketing results from this campaign, additional lists may be requested on Freelancer. These additional lists will have the same general criteria as above but the the locations will be Cook county, Illinois and Will county, Illinois. If you wish to add value to your bid and pricing is fair, we may pay extra up-front if all three counties are included in the database. If you choose to consider this option, an additional indexing field must be added to the spreadsheet so we can filter by county as well.
