Create/Manage a PPC Campaign for US Fashion Website

This person should b able to understand my product line, create a keyword strategy and recommendation that is clear and sensible. Create ad verbiage that is good and releveant and launch campaign. track and monitor results. make adjustments on a weekly basis to improve ROI. provide weekly feedback and suggestions.
