Adword Accounts Off Coupons

I need someone to create accounts everyday for adwords that work. Each account will need to be loaded with a coupon for adwords. I have 18 to start with. They are for 100 each. I will provide the ads and the keywords. I will designate what keywords with what ads. To start for the first day i would like 9 accounts for one site and 9 accounts for the second. I would like complete access to the accounts to show that they are really running. I want the accounts set up to run with a 50 dollar a day budget. so they are empty after two days. Then we start over again but with 10 accounts for each of the two sites. Ultimately what I would like is ads running 500 dollars a day in coupon adwords for each site.
