Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

Analyze my keywords and my competition then implement a strategy for my Google adwords account. Setup the account and begin doing A/B testing to fine tune it. I believe a strong analysis will be especialy helpful in setting up the campaign(s).
I've spent a couple hundred dollars trying to do it myself with little results.
There are 100+ direct competitor websites and all of them are fighting over the same keywords. The largest competitor spends over $500k in adwords ppc per month.
My website is www.smartsupply.co. Some keyword examples are sell iphone, sell galaxy s4, sell galaxy s3, sell ipad, sell broken iphone, iphone buyback, cash for iphone, etc. You will need to do some keyword research to see which ones will be most viable. I would like them to be specific (as needed) for each model and even down to carrier. For example sell iphone 4 verizon, cash for iphone 4, iphone 4 buyback, etc. for all models. The keywords you choose will depend on my ROI on the model and which ones you think would be best.
I have a some ata from a previous campaign that may help set things up.
You will be optimizing the campaign(s) continuosly.
I can give you some insight and help along the way.
I will have a budget between $1000 and $2000 per month for adwords.
