Auto tweeter

Hello, We're looking for a program that searches for keywords on Twitter (example: "Hello!"), the account we're logged onto on Twitter will then reply to all of those tweets (as well as favorite it) with something like "Hey there!". Once it hits the tweet limit, it will wait 3 hours before trying again. This is a surprisingly simple project, we just don't have time to create it. Please keep it cheap!
