NO linkfarms, free link sites, paid link sites, directories, forums, post, comments ect. - One way links only, No reciprocal. - No .info or any other cheap domains. - On established, static and crawlable pages - Google must have crawled page in the last 30 days. - On pages indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing Search - No Dating Site, Social Networking, - no Adult cam sites - One link per domain AND Class C IP block - Permanent links - English language sites only, serving US, ASIA, Europe markets - No search spam - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges - No redirects or cloaking (eg, 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects) - No classified ads - No dynamic links - No pages blocked by [login to view URL] - No article submission sites - No rel=no follow links in the HTML - No links from "bad neighborhood" sites (e.g. link farms and so on). MY INITIAL BUDGET IS $60.00 (USD) - IN YOUR QUOTE, PLEASE TELL ME HOW MANY BACKLINKS AND PR LEVEL YOU WILL PROVIDE BASED ON THE ABOVE.
