Collecting as many contacts u can find trough a website (PHP code)

Hi Freelancers,

I need code to collect as many emailadresses as possible from within a website. This will be used to invite all friends and contacts from someone that like our website.

What i can think of, to accomplish this :

if it is a hotmail adres u should scan his hotmail addresbook and collect hotmail contacts + outlook contacts + osx contacts

if it is a gmail adres u should scan his gmail addresbook and collect gmail contacts + outlook contacts + osx contacts

if it is an other adres we only can do the outlook scan + osx contacts

If u have experience with this please send me a PM with following information :

a) with which browsers is your code compatible (ie, firefox, chrome, etc ...)

b) What kind of contacts can u collect ? (outlook, osx contacs, gmail, hotmail, etc ....)

any other idea's or technics are more then welcome.

I just need a bid for example php code that u will send to us, our own webdevelopper will implement this into out site.
