Affiliate Marketing Manager Wanted for E-Commerce Business

We are looking for an individual to find affiliates, and to manage our affiliate marketing program. We currently run an affiliate program which allows websites to generate a commission based on any sales we receive through our advertisement on their websites / blogs. We are looking for someone to: 1. Actively try to promote our affiliate program on new and relevant websites. ie, Finding Affiliates 2. Manage and follow up with any existing affiliates on a regular basis. Tasks will include: 1. Spending time researching potential affiliates, and identifying relevant websites / blogs. 2. Identifying and making contact with potential affiliates 3. Providing affiliates with implementation support, ongoing affiliate support and incentives. 4. Providing affiliates with updates regarding new product lines, etc. All contact is to be via email / internet. Applicants must have a basic understanding of HTML to help webmaster's install links, must have some marketing and research experience, and be willing to take the time to search for relevant affiliates and to build relationships. We are offering a base salary plus commission on leads generated.
