Blogger required to promote an online training website

Looking for a good blogger to use internet forums to write stuff about a particular website so that visitors go to the online training site. Would like to use this method to drive trafic to the site of potential people looking to buy a particular service. The thought process is that people do a bit of web research before spending money online and if they see recomendations about a product / service several places that makes them more confident of the product / service. We are looking for a long term engagement so you could be a part time worker also. Looking for minimum 10 hours a week commitment. Please write in with examples of work and rates. Also mention the metrics you use to deliver this kind of work since it is difficult to quantify this. Other opportunities could include bonus on number of people you push to the site who actually sign up.
