Craigslist ad poster for Apartments

Experienced Craigslist poster needed to post LIVE ads-NOT GHOST ADS. You must have PVA accounts. You must know how how to use unique ip addresses as well. You should know how to make ads stay posted longer than 48 hrs)and proxy servers and able to post LIVE ads. No beginners should apply! You must know all the tricks of Craigslist. You will place the ads every day in New York City totaling 50 ads per week. You will provide links to verify placement and I will check everyday. We will PAY YOU weekly, but only for live ads. You will be required to provide a daily report showing links to the live ads. This is a small project, which you will be tested for work quality and follow through in preparation for larger projects to follow.
I am a real estate agent in New York City, who handles both rentals and sales. To begin this job will concentrate on the rental business. Once we have the process and procedure down for the rentals,we can start on the Sales side, with lead generation, social media, research, etc.
To begin I would like to post ads on criagslist, rentlinx, backpage and postlets for appartment rentals in New York City.
We will be posting paid ads for no fee apartments, as well as ads in the real estate for brokers on craiglsist. Please take a look at rentlinx and postlets.
To begin with your job will be as follows:
First step will be to build a usable template, and customize how I would like my ads to be.
Then the procedure will be a 3 part process.
1) Monitor our data base and download pictures and info, then upload and advertise of all new listing on the various formats every day.
2) monitor all ads being placed in craigslist by fellow top agents from my firm and make sure I have similar ads for the same apartment units.
3) Send me the linxs to all ads.
Once we get this system down we can move onto other things.
How many hours do you need a day to complete the download of 10 apartment listings from my data base, post on craigslist, backpage, postlets and rentlinx?
