Create a Video for Online Marketing Website

We need a professionally made video with minimum length of 1 minute and 30 seconds for our online marketing website.

We do not have any materials for the video such as script, images or the idea. You have to be able to prepare all materials and include it in the video. We can only help with the script. Here are two sample videos which are similar to my expectations, however I do not want same one.

Terms;

1) We will add milestone of 25% at the beginning of the project.

2) Second milestone of %25 will be added once the project is half way.

3) Last 50% milestone will be added when the project is over 90% done.

4) All milestones will be released only after 100% job completion. No partial payments.

5) Unlimited revisions must be made until we are fully satisfied.

6) Failure to compete the project 100% will result in cancellation of project without payment.
