Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

We are looking to run various product/marketing trials before a full product launch later in the year which requires acquiring traffic through Google Adwords (Search, Display, Youtube). I am posting as there's an opportunity to provide support either as a light-touch (account review, consultancy/training) or a more heavier-touch (campaign management).
