Details: You are required to select a company, and to provide senior management of that company with a detailed report analysing and recommending appropriate Digital Marketing strategies. This is a more traditional piece of business writing. In this task, you are required to select any company of your choice, and then write a business report (see the Q-manual, chapter 7) analysing and recommending appropriate eMarketing strategies. The intended audience of this report is senior management of the company that you have selected - assume that the reader has limited knowledge of current Digital Marketing trends. The report should: * Briefly describe the company and the market in which it operates * Provide a detailed description of the company's current marketing strategies * Provide a critical analysis of current digital trends and activities in the microenvironment/industry such as competitors, customers, suppliers, Intermediaries etc. * Describe key areas where digital marketing technology will impact on the industry and company over the next two years; * Make recommendations for changes to the company's current eMarketing approach; * Include a clear action plan, including timeframes, responsibilities, and budgetary considerations.
