Hey Farox61,
I have experience with Optimizely and VisualWebsiteOptimizer (I prefer Optimizely). I'm a huge fan of ConversionXL, conversion-rate-experts and Unbounce's case studies and I apply what I read there consistently.
I have done split testing for 2 companies but I am not at liberty to show you the work I've done for them so I have no split testing portfolio to speak of.
I can however, give you a break down of what I've tested and how this improved the conversion rate.
I tested out limiting quantity per user. This increased sales by 3.2%
I tested out different UVPs. Ones that address the visitor seem to perform best.
Tested out starting the copy with a statement that the are likely to agree with.
Tested out the ingroup bias.
Tested out high quality images that take up more space and fewer overall content and words. This increased CTR by 14.72%
Tested giving only 1 plan on the plans and pricing page vs 2 or 3 pricing options. 2 options out performed 3 options and 1 option by far. My personal feeling is that 2 options got rid of the option paralysis without making them feel like they have no choice.
I have tested many more variables. Please message me if you want to hear about more things I've tested in order to improve CTR.
- Looking forward to hearing from you.
