Click2Dial IE, Firefox plugin

Hello, We are looking for IE AND firefox plugin which shows an icon next to any phone number. There were already few plugins done for firefox. If you google search, you would find them. However, we want someone who can use the regular expressions and give our own UI. The backend functionality would be to invoke an application. The details will be provided later. If you are comfortable only with IE or Firefox, please bid with approrpriate amounts. Thanks.
