Form route to authorize personal based on the flow setting, all content will archive once completed. Few Stages to complete for electronic form:- 1) Form builder Customize form template without programming knowledge for Text Fields, Currency Fields, Number Fields, Percentage Fields, Date Fields, Time Fields, Picture Fields, Checkbox Fields, Serial Number Fields & etc. 2) Work Flow Engine Establish rules and routing requirements for completed form, the workflow engine automatically routes completed forms to the appropriate users for review/approval. Support internal and external access 3) Archive After a form has been completed, the data and process information should be archived for later retrieval. This allows you to track progress, report on, and audit. Term & condition:- We reserve the rights of the coding. Deliverables: Full source codes, Instruction manual, Documentation of work flow.
