Complete Adult Personal Cam Website

I am looking for an exp. web development company to create an adult website for me the entertainer. I am looking to setup a membership based sites where customers are charged a subscription payment to watch me on my webcam thoughout the day doing various activities (voyeur site). The payment processor would be CCBILL and would need to be intergrated into the website. Besides having a member subscription area which would include areas for gallery's, previous webcam broadcasts etc. the front of the site would also have a pay per minute cam option where the client instead of ordering a subscription could purchase minutes of watching me nude. The entire website will be all about me. I need a blogging area in the members area, a sugar daddy area for people wishing to purchase gifts for me, a front page 18+ area to legally protect from minors entering the website. This needs to be a HIGH QUALITY website. If you are not exp. in java cam development for 30 frames ps then please do not bid. I am needing to start this site ASAP and have it finished ASAP. I want a custom designed site not a templated site unless it was used for the same specific purpose. EXP. developers ONLY, no cheap websites.
