Android Developer for Mobile Interactive Facebook Game

I need an Android Developer to create a social game which allows a user to take pictures using there phone camera, or take an image from a Facebook profile and interact with their friends to guess who or what it is. Think of DrawSomething by OMGPOP but with real life images. Possible Title: "Guess Who What Where When!"© I have flexible completion times but hope to have it complete or at least a working prototype by August. I wish to purchase the full copyright or negotiate a percentage. This is an English language project. You'll need knowledge of Java, XML and the Facebook API. PayPal would be my preferred payment method but I am willing to consider others. Please see the attached file for potential use case scenarios and screen casts although these are completely flexible.
