Development Of Listing-based Website - Stage 1

I seek the services of a Java programmer to develop a simple, elegant, and robust listing-based website. Ideally, a person proficient in the following technologies: 1) Java development, including Java Servlet API 2) Apache Tapestry 5 Web Framework 3) Hibernate Object Relational Mapping (ORM) 4) Apache Tomcat Web Server 5) Experience with relevant open source projects, so as to minimise coding where possible 6) Competency in HTML/CSS an advantage, though not essential Stage 1 of this project will involve the following: 1) Design a simple webpage front-end, comprising a centred 800px x 600px image, overlaid with two panels (possibly 300px x 400px each). The two panels are to appear transparent, so as to reveal lightened patches of the underlying graphic. The graphic may alter. 2) Panel 1 is to contain a tree (Search Tree), allowing the user to expand and select various listing categories and sub-categories using their mouse. 3) Panel 2 is to contain a form (Search Form), allowing the user to enter keywords, select from a menu of listing categories, and from a menu according to geographic location. 4) Below each panel will be a "Search" button. Search results will appear at the bottom of the page, grouped in tens (much the same way as Google). 5) Design a database backend (MySQL) to contain the listings. The tree structure (nodes/sub-nodes) is possibly also defined within the database. 6) Develop the Java modules to make it all work! Stage 2 of this project will likely involve: 1) Establish system users, allowing clients to add/edit their own listings. 2) Featured listings, and credit card payment of. 3) Develop functionality for producing statistical reports, such as the number of times a listing appears in search results, and the number of times a listing is clicked on. 4) Automatic email functionality. 5) Other?
