create iphone app from the "who am i" redesign

Need to take current android app and code the new redesign I will supply. Then add the 2 features below to the app. I need the programmer to do the page transitions very well and unique. create iphone app wit hall of the criteria mentioned on this page.

Looking to redesign my app. I have all the graphics done and will hand them over . JUST NEED PROGRAMMER to bring it to life. I need a few things:
