Algorithm for solving cross-word

I'm looking for a good programmer with good logics, to make me an algorithm for solving cross-word. Not a lot of work, just have to follow exact orders as i'll give you regarding the issue (what is given is a dictionary and coordinates of black fields. Algorithm's solving time is limited.
