I have written several DCS for Open GTS & GTS Enterprise, please see my profile. Typically it takes about 3 weeks to code, test then make adjustments & bug fixes to a DCS The CalAmp DCS can send data regarding OBD and other information, sometimes this can get complex depending on how you need to handle the data. Could you be more specific as to your requirements i.e. what is the tracker model and whether you have any specific needs other then simple data collection. Regards, John H. Ward, Jr
