Hello, I already have the implementation of the AGNES algorithm for hierarchical clustering methods (Single, Complete, Average). As my AGNES project is object-oriented, will reuse code to implement the Diana algorithm. As you may know the DIANA algorithm is basically the reverse order of AGNES. I'm graduated in Computer Science and am currently studying Masters Recovery and Treatment Information area. I work with Java since 2008. Thank you!
