Convert java code to javacard 2.2.2

Hi there, I have 2 functions (with around 5-10 sub functions all together) in java that need to be converted into javacard 2.2.2. The functions are fully working and tested, each function output is a hash. Functions i have in java are using DES and TripleDES algorithms (the pure implementation, not using crypto library of java or any additional library). However, if it helps - you can modify them to use javacardx crypto library, please note that there are some logical shifts inside the functions and int variables as well. You have to specify in your bid how are you going to convert them (int type and 31 bit shifts) into javacard 2.2.2. Project budget is 50$. Regards!
