DMS Specific Application. The application will have facility to store and manage documents electronically. It must have its own API which can be called by other applications to update, search, retrieve, etc. It should be possible to use its API on any platform especially Browsers. Bidder should have similar experience as little or no supervision will be provided. Further details will be provided to only shortlisted bidder.
