A tool to apply decision tree algorithm to a dataset. The creation is interactive, with the user exercising detailed control about each split in the tree. The tool calculates and displays various metrics and summary statistics throughout the tree-building process in order to guide the user. The main workspace is a canvas for graphical display of the current tree which the user interacts with. Functionality includes splitting and merging tree nodes, and modifying the tree and display properties. The tool should be able to be able to handle datasets of up to 100 million rows and 1000 columns, and run on 32/64-bit Windows 7/8.
