build simple Dailymotion Uploader software

I need a software that I can use it to bulk upload videos to dailymotion website . I need it with that function : - ability to add many dailymotion accounts . - when add many videos to upload queue every single video will choose random dailymotion account for uploading to that account . - if upload to one account failed cause of daily limit ( try upload again to other account ) then will make this account that reach the limit inactive for 24 hours so not use it for next uploads until 24 hours passed then the account will changed to active automaticlly . - When upload complete the software should show the uploaded link for each video with the filename with ASC order . - Button to copy all links at the result ( that is ordered ASC by name )
