a few animations in jquery or anything SEO friendly

I need a few animations done with a SEO friendly language to include them in a website. I need the following: -A fairy moving her wings and her arms a little bit too (will provide graphics for this). -Several butterflies flying around the screen (will provide graphics) -A trail of stars following the cursor (no graphics provided) -A slideshow to show pictures in. I want it to look like a dimensional portal (think Starget tv series portal). Won't provide graphics for it. Any questions feel free to ask :)
