Combine Javascript midi with web form and have selectable options.

I am trying to have a simple proof of concept created.

Use the attached form and [login to view URL] to create a simple WEB based midi file player.

- Should able to choose from a list of different midi files

- Should be able to choose from a list of different sound fonts

- Should be able to modify the tempo of the playing midi file

- Should be able to repeat the current playing song without interruption

- Should be able to Start and Stop currently selected Song
