Another HTML page, with css and javascript

I require someone to help me create a HTML and css webpage. The page must look like the image ([login to view URL]), using the psd file ([login to view URL]). A working version of the page, in very poor and ugly html is shown in page2.html. In essence, I need a clean, working version of [login to view URL], according to the specs in [login to view URL] and page2.psd.zip. Things to note: 1. A very similar page, with the css and html already complete can be found at [login to view URL] Much of this can be reused and many of the css, images, javascript, etc will be common. 2. All code must be valid HTML and CSS, according to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 3. The dragging and dropping from the “Your Selected Fields” box to the “Row” and “Column” boxes must work. Clicking on the X in the Row or Column box must remove the item. (This might involve fiddling with some javascript). Play with [login to view URL] to see what I mean. Also look at [login to view URL] for some similar issues. 4. The table with all the data (top left cell “Population”) must not overflow to the right. If the table is very wide (like in [login to view URL]) then a scrolling solution must be implemented. The row labels must be fixed (Not at all applicable, Not very applicable, etc….), but the numbers and the column headings must scroll sideways if necessary. 5. There are some other links in [login to view URL] which run some javascript (e.g. “save it”, “full pivot”, etc). They won’t work on this limited [login to view URL], so don’t worry too much about them. I am only concerned here about the look and feel of the page (css, etc) and the dragging and dropping as described above. 6. Code must work for the latest few versions of Chrome, FireFox and IE. (IE6 would be nice, but not essential) 7. The HTML must be SEO semantically coded, and be optimised to load quickly. 8. All text must be text. No text in images, please (except for the logo!) 9. Please note all the finer details (fonts, etc) are contained in the psd file. Please do not work from the [login to view URL] only as you will miss some finer details. 10. I will post clarifications to this spec once queries start rolling in. I am aware that there isn’t a complete one-to-one correspondence between [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], but all the important stuff is there. There are many other pages which will use the same theme (and share headers, footers, and much of the css), which potentially will also be outsourced to the successful bidder.
