Can someone help me create this exact slider?

Greetings Web Developers,

I would need an identical clean naked slider. ( No images, just the basic coding ) - that can be easily edited - I do not want to purchase a slider, I want you to be able to program it yourself and please do not purchase it and resell it to me.
1) I need you to help me understand in what language(s) is their slider coded.
2) I need to have this slider without the graphics ( just some basic images like next arrow, selection bullet )
3) I would need to have, next to the 4 bullets, a play stop button.
4) If someone interacts with the slider ( presses next , previous or clicks on a bullet, it should set itself on pause )
Slider functionality to develop:
1-The slider has 2 layers, because as you can see on their site, the "facebook likes" section is not moving, yet under it, the images are moving from one step to another, so I am guessing there are 2 layers.
2-There needs to be acceleration: As you can see when you click next, at first it goes slow, then smoothly it goes faster to the next image.
3-The timing must be exactly the same, it must take the exact time to get from one image to the next, just like on their website.
