add [login to view URL] to website

Good morning!

I have a website which has been designed with space for a twitter feed. the css is configured but no tweets are showing.:-(

I'd like someone who can quickly and cheaply update the HTML/CSS/.js to have the last two tweets visible, which can be clicked to open in a new window, and also include a little progress indicator while the content loads.

IMPORTANT - I can't provide FTP access to the server, but can provide the files, so you will need to upload them to your server and show they are working then send them back to me.

I need this done quickly and cheaply - it should be a very quick job for the right developer - i have link to the [url removed, login to view] code, progress indicator code, and documentation.
