A "GOOD" javascript expert to debugger

I'm after a freelance developer" I'm looking for a GOOD, creative developer whom is capable of debugging my parallax scroll. I'm not after a developer to build my site or build a web page. I just need some to construct a parallax function so i can add it to the site i am building. I have posted the issue on the following link..
