ANIMATED POLL RESULTS

This listing is to get a price for the job. The client is not 100% certain they will do it, but I need to put a budget together. What we need is an animated poll result in a pie chart. We do not want just a red section, blue section and yellow [login to view URL] we want is a red graphic to repeat itself the right number of times to fill up the red area, then the blue graphic to repeat itself the right number of times to fill up the blue area, etc. We will provide the graphic to use for the results in different colors. So, if a poll has 10 respondents, 6 choose answer A and 4 choose answer B, we need a pie chart with 6 red graphics appearing randomly filling up 60% of the circle (the red area) and 4 blue graphics filling up 40% of the circle (the blue area). It would be ideal if there was a way to fill out how many answers there are (could be 2-5) and the percentage for each answer. Then the new system makes the pie chart using the supplied graphics. It would be really nice if we could choose the graphic to use for each answer. So if a poll was do you prefer popcorn or candy at the movies, we could use a popcorn graphic for the popcorn answers and a candy box graphic for the candy answers. I don't care what technology is used to do this as long as once the pie chart is created, we can export it to use in a Joomla webpage. Last note, this project is for a school project for a bunch of elementary kids. They cannot spend $250 out of their allowance to do this. The 'ideals' listed are just that - ideals. If you have a way to do this at a low cost, THAT is the ideal. Please respond with any questions.
