I need a DHTML Window widget to be set up and installed on my site.

I need some modification to be done.
1. Window opened do not have a minimise or close function. Neither it can be resized.
2. In the window, I must be about to place 2 thumbnails which is randomly picked from a database.
3. The thumbnails will pull random url from my site.
4. The window will only close if they click on any one of the link.
5. Upon clicking of the thumb, a new window will pop up closing the DHTML window.
6. The DHTML window must be able to pop at a specified location. I mist be able to define the x-axis and y-axis.
Please bid only if you know what to do. I need a demo to be set up first.
This is for an adult site. If you have anything against adult site, please do not bid.
