Advanced Set As Homepage Script

Hi, I need a script that will automatically detect what browser a user is using and provide instructions on setting the current page as their homepage for that browser. I would like it set up so there is a "Make this my homepage" button, and once pressed, provides instructions for the browser the user is using. I would also like if the button will disappear once they have set the page as their homepage. I will award the job to the person who can provide the best working demo of the script. Thanks Ben S.
