Design UI for Fine Uploader

I need to have a redesigned UI for the JavaScript Widget Fine Uploader Use Fine Uploader [login to view URL] Need ability to upload one file at a time. Do not need drag and drop Need ability to rename file and add description Need ability to delete file Do not want page to refresh for the upload Need to store data in Database. Server side code will be done later but parameters need to be passed to web service with the uploaded file. Need to see the uploaded files when page is revisited/or refreshed (See files for examples) Need to have three functions of a view document, download and send. Functions do not need to be coded except for a JavaScript function that identifies that the button was click and the ID of the upload Most of the code is demoed by File Loader but I need the UI redone. My back end will be ASP.Net. If you already have a professionally looking JavaScript Upload Widget I will consider that.
