Connect Facebook Friends with your Database

I need a help to connect someone's facebook friends to registrant on our website.
For example someone registered to our website which will stored on our SQL database, after that he'll be redirected to his personalised page with a personalised url (e.g: [url removed, login to view]) which will also give recommendation to him his friends that previously registered to our website.
If mr.A clicked his friend's avatar mr.E, it'll bring him to mr.E's personalised page on our website.
Therefore the way i want it to work is the ability to detect user's facebook friends email and check if they're available on our SQL database and if yes user will be presented with their friend's facebook avatar with a custom url that'll direct user to their friends personalised page.
I'm working using asp.net 3.5, C# and SQL server express 2008. If possible please make it a website project instead of web application.
Don't worry about prettying it up or doing any design work with it. I'll just need a basic working file with all the source code.
