Build a Google Apps Script

You will be working on top of the Google Apps rather than writing a webpage from scratch. I would like someone to build a Google Apps Script that functionally operates with Google Sites & Google Drive. Within a Google Site, I would like for questions from a Google Form to be able to have data entered in them in relation to a box of text that switches to the next block of text when that individual form is submitted to the Google Spreadsheet the form is connected to. Also, I would like for the block of text to be searchable for key words or phrases similar to the ctrl + f function of the web browser but only for the block of text and with separate highlighted searches visible. I have a mockup of what I would like it to look like attached. If you have questions about the functionality of the site let me know. I have already purchased the website and have it set up with Google Apps including Google Sites and Drive where the development would be needed.
